I'll have what she is having

If you read the blog a few months back you can tell thatReagan is an eager eater. Last night I decided that I was in the mood for some spaghetti so I put it all together made rolls, salad and set everything on the table, including Reagan who always sits on the table in her Bumbo where I feed her some baby food. After we all took our seats, I remembered that I forgot the napkins and I I turned to grab them from the drawer, Reagan plunged her hand into my plate of spaghetti grabbed some noodles and sauce with her little fist and with sloth like movements, scooped what she grabbed into her mouth. Verdict on the speghetti, she is a fan, however, she is going to have to wait to get her hands on more of that...like 2 months.

Say it like you Mean it

Tyler and I came home from his parents Sunday night and on the way in carried a heated discussion through the door. After about 5 minutes of us carrying on, Ian yells over us and says...."Daddy, say sorry to mommy" That request stopped us in our tracks as we stood for a moment in awe at the sweet guesture that Ian made to stop our argument. Tyler looks over at me and says sorry. Then after Tyler says sorry, Ian then demands that I say sorry to Tyler. "Mommy, now say sorry to Daddy." It was to cute, I have no idea what we were argiing about and obviosly it was not important but what was important was Ian helping us realize that we need to treat each other with more respect....and not just infront of the kids.

...just dont call me late for dinner

Reagan has been interested in food early...at 4 months she wanted to eat so I decided at 5 months we would get her some cereal to try. Well she loved it! Infact we could not get it into her mouth fast enough with out her grabbing the bowl pulling it towards her mouth and commenced chewing on it.. In has been a month now and she has worked her way to baby food...squash....and she loves it.

Home Sweet

Ian is now with mommy for the first time in a month and a half. I tell you he has been an angel since he has started at Marilyn's house. She has really taught him independence and respect for authority. For now he is excited about his Batman Party coming up. Also,Ianhas stayed dry all night the last 2 nights. Tyler got him blow pops to motivate him and it is working.

New Teefers

For about 2 months now Reagan has had a drooling mouth fevers and runny noses. She has started nawing and sucking on everything and I even have a hicky on my arm from her. After all the signs and anticipation, I found a smal little tooth breaking the surface of her bottom gums. Can't wait for full exposure of that little guy.

GI Jane

Regan has been getting so strong now....after being excellent at her tummy time she has started to push forward and do an army crawl....if we are lucky, she will crawl like Ian did at 6 months...even with a cast on his little broken leg. It was almost worth it when Newt Gingrich signed it.
